For Dinvest, a newly established Swiss property management company, I designed the brand identity, website, and investor-facing dashboards from scratch. The goal was to position Dinvest as a premium, tech-enabled competitor in Switzerland’s conservative real estate market.
The market was fragmented and dominated by traditional companies. Dinvest needed to stand out with a modern, transparent, and data-driven image that resonated with German-speaking property owners and investors.
I developed the Dinvest logo and visual system inspired by Swiss design principles: geometric typography, a refined palette, and a sharp grid. The website was structured around the narrative “Experience Meets Automation,” with service tiers clearly broken down. Trust-building content, including leadership bios and proof of 90+ projects, was prominently displayed. I also designed downloadable dashboards (images + PDFs) that presented KPIs such as rent trends and vacancies, supporting investor transparency.
The final brand and website positioned Dinvest as a credible and modern competitor, combining the professionalism of real estate expertise with the innovation of digital transparency. The system was also designed to scale with future acquisitions and service expansions.
